Tech JDI is headquartered in Singapore and contracts through a Singapore entity. Delivery runs across Singapore, Vietnam and Australia, which gives clients a full working-day overlap and a single point of accountability in Singapore for scope, budget and escalation.
Tech JDI builds on Amazon Quick Suite, Microsoft Copilot Studio and Google Gemini Enterprise. We do not resell any of them, so we recommend the platform your company already runs on rather than the one we would earn a margin on.
A workflow diagnostic with Tech JDI takes three hours. Design takes two weeks. A first workflow is usually live in about six weeks, with company-wide rollout after that. Each stage has a fixed scope and a fixed fee, so you can stop between stages.
Yes. Most Tech JDI clients have an IT manager or an outsourced provider rather than an engineering department. Tech JDI does the engineering, documents it, and hands it over so your team can run and extend the system without depending on us.
That is the main engineering problem, and it is what Tech JDI does. We build the connectors, APIs and data pipelines that let an agent read your CRM, write to your finance system and respect the permissions your HR records already carry.
Access control, audit trails, data residency and role permissions are designed before build rather than added afterwards. Tech JDI is ISO certified for information security, contracts through a Singapore entity, and builds to Singapore PDPA requirements on every engagement.
