Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead, grow and manage a distributed engineering and development teams
  • Plan, create and maintain extensible architecture that assures scalability and agility
  • Create and maintain thorough architectural and design documentation for the platform
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders and project management team to understand requirements, describe software product features, and technical designs
  • Select engineering solutions which best match the needs of the overall system and plans
  • Regularly collaborate with the Product Manager to refine work items in the backlog and in sprints
  • Conduct design and code review to ensure compliance with standards
  • Seek out and provide guidance on new practices and technologies that may result in competitive advantage or improved ways of working

You will be report to Head of Engineering & Developments Team in the Philippines

Are you the right talent with?

  • Bachelor’s degree graduation in IT and Software educational
  • Notable years of relevant experience in senior positions in the field of software engineering & system architecture design
  • Working experience in rapidly-growing organizations, technology companies or start-ups is a must
  • Strong people management skills and experience leading large teams. You can set the tone for your team and drive towards results, while being empathetic to your teams’ challenges. EQ is a must.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills. Able to communicate and listen effectively; great written, verbal and presentation skills.
  • A creative, solutions-focused approach, with a focus on achieving results.
  • An entrepreneurial DNA.
  • An eye for great talent and the ability to unlock the potential of high performing teams.
