Phone call screening or face-to-face meetings shall be conducted by Tech JDI to assess the qualification of candidates.

Technical Test


Depending on each particular position, the test can be arranged:

1. Online: HackerEarth, codility…
2. Offline: Submit a mini project on GitHub…
3. Onsite: Work through some sort of test/assignment at the office.

Technical Interview 


Depending on each particular position, a technical interview can be arranged:
1. Online: via skype or other platforms.
2. Onsite: meet hiring managers directly at the office.

Offer and Onboard


Offer negotiation shall be conducted by Tech JDI after passing all previous stages. Reference information may be requested.

During this stage, Tech JDI is in charge of collecting all necessary personal documents and keeping in contact with candidates until they successfully onboard.
